They aren't even hiding it anymore Biden and CNN pretty much admit that Kamala Harris will be president when Biden steps down. 

Here's Joe Biden's statement:

I'm a sucker for reading into words note "then lead this nation." Here's CNN pretty much saying Harris will be President.
